Get ready for an unforgettable evening at the annual Ruins Party! Again, this year, we’re not just celebrating – we’re making a difference. All proceeds from the event will go towards supporting future trail development by the Beaver Valley Cycling Club (BVCC).
What to Expect:
- An amazing outdoor setting in the old barn foundation (The Ruins)
- Delicious “Snacks and Nibbles” to keep you fueled
- Complimentary drinks (wine, beer, cocktails) – feel free to bring your favorite libations too!
- Music and dancing under the stars
- Adults only, please.
Fundraising Initiatives:
- Ticket Sales: This covers your food, drinks, entertainment, and contributes to a great cause.
- Live/Silent Auction: Bid on fantastic items donated by friends and local businesses. All proceeds go directly to the trail build.
This year’s fundraising efforts will support the development of ongoing and new family-friendly mountain bike trails by the BVCC. These trails will cater to both families and biking enthusiasts, creating more opportunities for outdoor recreation in our beautiful community.

- Option to leave your car overnight if needed

How to Participate:
Please RSVP and send your $50 (or more) eTransfer donation to events@beavervalleycyclingclub.ca by August 10 to help us plan for food and drinks. If you’re not attending but would still like to support the event, donations can also be sent to the same email.
